Piano Recital & "The Judge"

Alex and Aric are finally at the end of the year for PIANO! Both Alex & Aric performed in front of "The Judge" for the Piano Guild - each play 10 pieces on a piano in a small room, in front of a judge (nail-biting for mom & dad!!) and then the next day gave a recital with MONSON MUSIC students! Both boys did very well. Alex tied with Lindsey Bishop for 1st place overall with the highest score from the judge!! Aric came in 3rd (it's his second year in playing!) We were very proud of both boys! Alex has beening playing for 6 years and Aric for 2 years under Gerald Monson.

Andy's current hair color is "unknown" at the moment - take a look of his "Summer Color"! OMG
Remember college?!?! Andy had a "Life Lesson" - Ding-dong thought it would be funny to dye his hair black... it would dye right back to his beautiful, white blonde hair - right??
Andy is currently a sophomore at Beville State College in Hamilton, Alabama. (: Andy is majoring in business with
emphasis in Economics. He's taking 18 hours this fall semester - keep him in your prayers PLEASE! (wink, wink) Soon to transfer to the University of Alabama in the spring - "Roll Tide"!

He's our "Brainiac" He's 11 yrs. old - going to CJHS this year.
Famous for "running the rocks" in the backyard continuously and playing video games as long as he is allowed, Alex is a superior pianist and enjoys church camp, bike riding and girl chasing (not!)

Our last, but not least member of the family,
ARIC NELSON
9 yrs. old; 3rd grader- owner of "Red Thing"! Aric is the family clown, entertainer, whiner, singer, lover, hater.... a unique child!! He loves music, dancing and "researching" on the computer (really!- ask him!!) He is an excellent pianist also.

Famous words... "Why don't I like girls? Well, when you finished going through the 2nd grade - you'll understand why I don't like girls!"... Aric's words of wisdom to 2 yr. old Caleb Henderson!!
