May 2025 Card Swap - Fun Fold Floral

 

Welcome to May's Card Swap 

April/May's challenge was to design a card and envelope with a "FUN FOLD" and an added "floral" element!  

Things were hectic for everyone's schedule in April and May.  We skipped or extended our swap until the end of May!  We wanted each swapper to have enough time to complete the card-swap challenge!  Here are the designs that they came up with for this time!

We had SIX participants who created card swaps this month.   These swappers brought the "Fun Fold" Floral cards to the table this month in full form!

2018 August Card Swap - SYMPATHY

Our theme for the August's Card

Swap was "SYMPATHY"!  This theme is a traditional one because of the need for a sympathy card is common.  

Also, to get ready for the fall season - this month's challenge was a PHOTO challenge - use a selected photograph for the color scheme of the sympathy card.  Below is our selected photo.

     We met at the CHS Media Center to swap our month's swaps. Kept the decorations within the theme of the color scheme and served a "fall" snack mix!

DAY 5 – Floral & Leaves

This is the final lesson...  For the Day 5 lesson, we painted a variety of flowers and leaves.  What's watercolor without painting florals...  I was super excited to get into watercolor florals today!
