Hello! With the beginnings of the summer around the corner, I have visions of relaxation and downtime ahead BUT time have taken a nasty turn and INSTEAD it's
On your mark, Get set, GO!
And now, instead of catching up on my summer reading or sleep - we are RACING to each event... argh!
Our family will be splitting up for the first week, Team M (Alex and I) will be headed to State 4-H Round-Up in Lubbock, TX at Texas Tech University with a group from C-town; Team K (KV and Aric) will stay - KV is still working for 3 more weeks; he's on a 11 month contract, Aric has parties and workouts to attend.
Then we will meet in Possum Kingdom on Thursday - with teams coming from different directions for a Herold Kitchen's Family Reunion at my uncle's lake house! Yahoo!
After that, getting ready for my 30th Class Reunion - Class of 1982 and then compiling and submitting two 4-H Record Books while hosting a Birthday Swim Party for Aric and completing 8 card swaps for the month of June!
Whew...
