CHS Art Christmas Tree 2008
During the Christmas Holidays, our fearless Media Center Director ( or librarian... do they still use that word? hahaha!) came up with a great display idea - for all the school organizations, clubs, groups, classes - whoever; to decorate a Christmas tree and put it on display in the CHS Media Center. SO! Of course, the Art Dept. wanted to participate. Used some of the Wal-Mart $$ and got a white 4 ft. Christmas tree with multi-colored lights (lots of color bling!) and the students came up with a very creative ornament idea!
I wear an Art Masterpiece pin each day... that way, my students are able to view 180 masterpieces a year by merely looking at my daily pin! Well, they decided to take extra masterpiece cards that I use to make the pins and use them as ornaments... COOL! At least they thought up an idea!
So, here is pics that KV caught on his cellphone camera and sent to me of the CHS Art Christmas Tree! Ho! Ho! Ho! We're sharing Christmas "ART" spirit with our "Masterpiece" tree!! Have a great weekend!
