- Here's a
- simple recipe that I used Sunday for our monthly potluck! It's a super moist cake - that is so good - try it!
- "Easy-peasy"
- Pumpkin Cake
- 1 "Spice" cake mix
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 eggs
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a bundt baking pan and sprinkle with sugar (makes a crunchy sweet outside and helps in not sticking!). In a large bowl, mix together the spice cake mix, sugar, vegetable oil, pumpkin, water, and eggs. Beat until well blended. Transfer to the prepared bundt pan. Bake in the preheated oven 45 minutes. Serve "as is" or add a cream cheese frosting - Enjoy!
