With the arrival of November - means the countdown until Christmas! We're a "last minute shopper" - but still the holidays are drawing near quickly!
This card project is for Christmas. It features a double/swing opening. Created with Stampin' Up's Ruby Red and Baja Blue card stock, along with matching 2010 Christmas designer paper. A "fancy fold" Christmas tree (link for template and instructions here) is the focal point - along with red ruffle ribbon, x-lrg brad for closure, red rhinestone star, assorted punches and "Merry Christmas" SU stamp.
This layout fits the Stamp 411 Sketch Challenge
this week using the sketch SSC227. Check out the entries here.
Along with the "double swing opening"; standard left opening and additional right opening of the card's presentation - the main feature inside has a copic colored "Santa w/Ho-Ho-Ho" and "Merry Christmas" stamps by SU. Merry Christmas!
This card project also fits the CAS-ual Friday Sketch Challenge this week with sketch CFC26 - the focal circle was traded to the opposite side. Check out all of the entries here at this site.
