EASY Curry Scramble; Plant-based Recipe


Here's a recipe that is for a 
PLANT BASED Lifestyle!  

This recipe has NO dairy, NO meat and NO oil!  







This recipe made a very quick, lite supper - but it would be good for breakfast or for lunch!  It was filling and very tasty... SUPER FAST!




Curry Scramble


1 box Tofu
2 tsp. Garlic Powder
2 Tblsp. Curry Powder
1/2 tsp Ginger; grated
3/4 cup. frozen Peas & Carrots
1/2 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 tsp. White pepper
2 pieces of Ezekiel Bread; toasted


In a large skillet over medium-high to high heat, crumble up the tofu into small pieces.  Add the spices and the peas & carrots in with the tofu.  Stirring constantly, heat the mixture for about 5 minutes.  Serve over the toasted bread slices - I garnish with fresh herbs; with a small bowl of salsa on the side!




  This recipe comes together super fast and satisfies!  Serve it with a salad and BAM! done!  We enjoy the Ezekiel bread (found in the frozen section of your grocery store).  Even in C-Town, we can purchase this bread!  AWESOME!
