Here's a recipe for the homemade
Butterfinger Ice Cream
that I made during Labor Day!
We had several requests for it and thought I would post
it as a recipe swap this week!
Butterfinger Ice Cream
4 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 cup Sugar
6 Butterfingers (frozen and smashed)
2 cans Evaporated Milk
Dash of Salt
2-3 oz. pkgs Butterscotch Instant Pudding
Milk (enough to fill the container)
Mix all ingredients together well. Freeze in your homemade ice cream maker! Enjoy! (This recipe was given to me by Joe & Margie Robinson WAY BACK - remember when Childress used to host the "Ice Cream Freeze-off" Contest during the 4th of July...?)
Our church family held a Sunday night devotional down in the park during the Labor Day weekend! We enjoyed sandwiches, chips, homemade ice cream and even "cotton candy". It was a great time had by all!
Have a great week! Hug the ones you love the most!
