Last day of 2012 / Recipe Swap

Wishing YOU and your family a glorious new year for 2013!

2012 was a grand year full of all kinds of activities, trials and growth!

YOU are special to us!
Thanks for stopping by!  So, do you have any New Year resolutions?

This year "2013" - nope, no resolutions here! LOL!  Just keeping it - one day at a time!

The boys will be attending a church New Year's Bash - leaving KV and I alone... (AWESOME!)!  Today, I've got a recipe swap that we'll be making for the party tonight!  It's a PW recipe (aka Pioneer Woman) and my new favorite snack!  Cooked up this recipe for our annual Christmas Eve party and it was a huge hit!  Both the sweet and the savory was liked -

Bacon Appetizers
1 sleeve of Club Crackers
1 package of thin sliced Bacon
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Brown Sugar

Lay crackers face up on a cookie sheet.  Scoop about a teaspoon of the grated Parmesan cheese (or the brown sugar) onto the cracker.  Cut the package of bacon in half.  Take a piece of bacon and carefully wrap around the cheese (or sugar) covering the entire cracker.  Place the bacon wrapped cracker onto a baking sheet and cook at 250 degrees for 2 hours.  (These are also good to freeze and then warm up for a quick appetizer anytime.)  Enjoy!

Again - Happy New Year to you!  Thanks for stopping by - remember to hug the ones you love the most, until next time...
