Recipe Swap - A NEW "No Bake" Cookie

 HELLO!
So glad that you stopped by today - this post has the BEST
"no bake cookie" recipe EVER...
(in my humble opinion)
- it's a NEW flavor and the odds are very much in your favor that you will like this recipe A LOT!

The standard chocolate oatmeal "No Bake" cookie is one of my favorite cookies - BUT it is not always something I can cook up and it turns out pretty.  My family has often ate this "cookie" from a spoon because it didn't set up... BOO!

After reading this blog and discovering a NEW product - W.O.W.  We had to try this and the new cookie recipe!

They had me at... salted caramel!! LOL  We found this product at Walmart just above the regular JIF peanut butter - and it is SO GOOD!  My family tried it - all with our spoons - and it wasn't long before we had to make the cookies.  And then a second batch to share at work...  It's THAT good!  So now, I'm sharing this recipe with you!

"No Bake" Salted Caramel Hazelnut Cookies
2 cups Sugar
1/2 cup Jif Salted Caramel Hazelnut Spread
2 cups "Old-Fashion" Oatmeal
2 Tblsp. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 stick of Butter
1/2 cup Milk
A dash of Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla

On the stove, over medium-high heat, melt together butter, sugar, cocoa powder, milk and salt.  Bring to a FULL BOIL and boil for 90 seconds - stirring constantly.  Remove from heat and stir in the salted caramel hazelnut spread, vanilla and oatmeal; mix well.  Scoop out by spoonfuls onto wax paper or foil - Let cool completely before removing the cookies.  Makes 24-30 cookies.

Would love to hear your reactions to this product...  There is a new sunflower seed cookies to try and also a new "bread machine" dough that I'm working on for a copykat recipe - will post soon!

Thanks for stopping by!  Wishing you an AWESOME weekend ahead! T.G.I.F. !!  Remember to hug the ones you love the most, until next time...
