Wishing you a FABULOUS Valentine's Day!
Thanks for stopping by! I've got a really good recipe swap today!
But first, an EPIC FAIL "pinterest" item! I love the candy -Twizzler's - and found this "healthy alternative" of drying out strawberries on pinterest - claiming that they were just like twizzlers - NOT!
Here's my strawberries! LOL!
So, not the same...
Happy Valentine's Day!
We have 2 games in Altus, OK tonight - so we are traveling after school.
So, Wednesday night - I grabbed the ingredients for this pinterest item to fix for the boys "the day before" Valentine's...!

W.O.W. - this poke cake is WONDERFUL!
And at this website here - "The Country Cook" has this and MORE poke cake recipes! Here is this recipe for your swap today - again - have a great Valentine's!
Red Velvet Poke Cake
1 box Red Velvet cake mix
ingredients needed to make cake (eggs, oil & water)
2 (3.4 oz.) boxes instant Cheesecake-flavored pudding
4 cups milk
1 (8 oz.) tub frozen whipped topping, thawed
10 Oreo cookies, crushed
- Prepare cake mix according to package directions for a 9x13 cake. Once cake comes out of the oven, allow it to cool for just a couple of minutes. Then, with a wooden spoon handle or some other similarly-sized object, begin poking holes in the warm cake.
In a medium bowl, whisk together dry pudding mix with 4 cups of milk.- Whisk until all the lumps are gone. Pour pudding over cake.
- Put the cake into the fridge to set and cool (about 2 hours).Once your cake has completely cooled, spread on whipped topping.
- Sprinkle with crushed Oreo cookies.
Refrigerate this cake until it's gone - which won't be long!
Remember to hug the ones you love the most, until next time...

Hey, I like the new 2013 pictures! I DO NOT like the look of those twizzlers, or whatever they were! Haha!! I'm always amused by Pinterest fails for some reason. Have a good week!
